Fresh Wasabi Leaves - 1/2 Pound
Wasabi leaves and stems have a milder heat than their roots and are traditionally made into a quick pickle called wasabi zuke, or blended into a spicy compote to accompany meats or other proteins. They have a bright flavor when used raw in salads, and can also be sautéed with a flavor similar to mustard greens.
